The first step with any non-life-threatening injury is to please contact Anita Watson (contact info below) and your immediate supervisor so that all are aware of your injury. You will then need to contact our insurance carrier, School Districts Insurance Consortium, SDIC, at 800-445-6965 or complete an online claim at www.sdicwc.org. Please keep the claim number handy as you will need to give it to your medical provider and for the pharmacy if medications are given.
