For all eligible Upper Merion Area School District employees, this site contains detailed information about benefits, district policies, and how to enroll. This includes carrier contacts, plan documents, and any form submissions you might need.

**APPOINTMENTS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE AFTER YOUR FIRST DAY OF HIRE & MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR DATE OF HIRE**

  • Enrollment sessions last 15-20 minutes – YOU determine the length and pace of your session by choosing a date & time that works for you!
  • Please make this appointment during non-student times. 
  • If you are unable to find an appointment that works for you, call: 1-800-282-0732
  • Please review your benefits! This will keep your appointment within the allotted time. If you don’t review your benefits beforehand, you might have to reschedule. 
  • Have your dependent’s dates of birth and social security numbers to provide to the enroller.
  • Bilingual enrollers are available.
  • A New Hire Benefit Counselor will call you when it is time for your pre-scheduled appointment. 
  • You can change or cancel this appointment at any time. 
  • This is required if you work more than 20hrs per week. 

We suggest that if these benefits affect your spouse, they are present for this enrollment appointment. We also suggest a screen share, so you can follow along.

Change of Family Status

All Life Events MUST be completed within 31 days of your life change and all life events require documentation to substantiate the change. 

This includes, but is not limited to: 

  • Marriage License 
  • Birth Certificate
  • Divorce Decree
  • Death Certificate
  • Court Order 
  • Proof of Other Coverage
  • Proof of Loss of Coverage

Post Benefit Enrollment Login Instructions – 

  1. Username: Full Social Security Number (no spaces)
  2. PIN: Last 4 digits of your SSN and the Last 2 digits of your Year of Birth (you will complete your enrollment using the same PIN)

This site is available to you 24/7 to view your elections, update beneficiaries, and download your enrollment confirmation statements.
