Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Two Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are available:
- Medical
- Dependent Care
New Enrollments will receive a debit card. Existing Members will use their existing card. If it expires, CBIZ will send a new card.

Everything You’ll Need to Know
- Medical FSA:
- The medical FSA will reimburse you for eligible expenses you, your spouse and your dependents incur during the plan year.
- 2024 maximum annual contribution*: $3,200
- 2024 minimum annual contribution*: $120
- For eligible medical expenses, use this interactive list from My Health Shopper
- There is a 2.5 month grace period after the plan year ends on June 30 to submit a request for reimbursement. All transactions must have a date of service of September 15 2025 or prior. Paper claims must be sent to CBIZ by September 30 2025. Any funds not used by September 15 will be forfeited.
- Dependent Care FSA:
- Dependent Care FSA allows you to use “pre-tax” dollars to pay dependent care expenses for children aged 12 and under, or individuals unable to care for themselves.
- 2024 maximum annual contribution*: $5,000
- 2024 minimum annual contribution*: $120
- For eligible expenses, review IRS publication 503 that has an interactive index tool (see page 19)
